Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags still attached.

Certain items such as personalized products, gift cards, or sale items are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@theelivya.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and further instructions.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank or credit card provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped.
